As a local land development company with offices in Hollister and Los Banos, Stonecreek Properties combines its broad experience in design, planning, infrastructure development, and construction with its local knowledge to create thoughtful and sustainable master-plans – communities that are unique and pedestrian-oriented, enhance the quality of life, and provide local amenities for future generations.

Local Company, Regional Experience

Members of the Stonecreek Properties’ management team bring local market knowledge as they have worked in Hollister and San Benito County for over 20 years.  Outside of San Benito County, the company has been active on many projects throughout the Central Valley including the development of the Stonecreek South master-plan in Los Banos.  Stonecreek South is a great success for local residents and businesses with community and neighborhood parks, a planned new school, a variety of housing types, and Stonecreek Plaza,  a 400,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Target, Lowe’s, and Petco.

By working with local community members, Stonecreek Properties identifies the unique needs of each community and works diligently to try and meet those needs.  In Manteca, for example, the team worked with its local partners to bring to life a new shopping center that made it possible for the town to compete and attract the first Bass Pro store in Northern California.   This vibrant lifestyle shopping center brings numerous jobs, tax revenues and exciting new shopping experiences for the residents in the local and regional area, attracting other top retailers, a movie theater, office buildings and a hotel.

Stonecreek Properties is actively involved in the community  and is a member of the San Benito County Chamber of Commerce, the San Benito County Business Council, and the Hollister Downtown Association.
